All products and content are licensed solely for individual personal use by the original purchaser. Sharing podcast feeds, account credentials, downloadable materials, or any proprietary content with third parties is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access without refund if unauthorized sharing, redistribution, piracy, or misuse is suspected.
Sections relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, dispute resolution, arbitration, class action waiver, anti-piracy protections, and limitation of liability shall survive termination of these Terms and your access to our products or services.
